Payment and Non-attendance

You will be required to finalise the payment for your appointment at the end of your session. We accept debit/credit card payments. We unfortunately do not have the facilities to accept cash payments, but in the case that a cash payment is required please bring the exact amount. Once the payment is finalised we are able to send it to Medicare for an automatic rebate back into your account or you can take the invoice in to Medicare to obtain the rebate.

We provide appointment cards and SMS reminders for all appointments to ensure attendance. If you require to re-schedule or cancel an appointment please ensure to contact us 48 hours before the scheduled appointment or a non-attendance fee will apply. Please note that there is no Medicare rebate for this fee.
